We have clients all over the world, and when our client, a rail company based in the Republic of South Africa ordered the MVD Press Brake, we were not intimidated but thrilled. In 2013, we delivered the Press Brake, which weighs 400 tons and is 4 meters tall. Due to its weight and height, the Press Brake was sent in sections to the town of Nigel in the South African Republic, located in the southeast of Johannesburg, where the machine was intended for use. As per usual, MVD also sent one of our technicians for the instillation of the machine. Our customer expected that the installation would take 10 days, and had reserved the hall where the installation would take place for 10 days, preparing the schedule accordingly. However, the instillation was complete in as little as three business days, due to our expert technician’s dedication and effort to deliver the best results for our customers.

The pace of the instillation came as a welcome surprise for our customer, and they were thoroughly satisfied with the result as MVD enabled the workflow to return to normal much sooner than expected. Saving our customer seven business days was, and is a source of pride for all the MVD team.
