The customer manufactures a wide range of decorative lighting poles, stainless-steel flagpoles, composite products, urban furniture, lighting systems, and park and garden equipment. Many of these products depend on long, visually exposed metal components where geometry, surface quality, and dimensional consistency directly affect the final appearance.
The MVD D-400-6100 tandem press brake was selected to provide the extended bending capability required for these long-form products. A 700 mm throat depth, 410 mm stroke, wide lower die table, and front support systems create the clearance, support, and working flexibility needed to handle large profiles and long sheets with greater control throughout the bending process.
