GENERAL REMARKS

In Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data , personal data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") identified as the relevant person in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the PPD Law) were granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the PPD Law, applications to be made to our company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted in writing or through other methods determined by the Board of Protection of Personal Data ("Board").

It is important that the personal data we hold about you are accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, please let us know when a change has occurred in your personal data. In accordance with the PPD Law and related legislation;

• - Find out if personal data has been processed,
• - Request details of the information we collect,
• - Find out the purposes for which this information is collected and how it is used, and the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether in Turkey or abroad, or
• - If the reasons that require correction, updates or processing of missing or inaccurate material have been eliminated, you may request deletion to include notifications made to transferred third parties.

In this context, the applications to be made to the Company in "writing" shall be printed out of this form and written on the envelope as "Information Request on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data."

• Upon the application of the applicant in person,
• By means of a notary public or registered mail,
• It can be sent to the email address registered with our company address.
